Not quite sure what we did to get these fields (circled in red) to display in the forms but we don't want them to display and can't figure out how or why they started to display in the form. I've attached an image. The area circled in red is what magically appeared in the form. The black areas are where content exists, it's just redacted.
I managed to hide the Document ID by enabling content types, hiding the field, and then disabling the content types. But I cannot hide the other two fields and we don't want them to display. They're not really editable although they appear to be editable.
Is there any simple way to reset the OOB forms so these fields don't display? Or another simple alternative? Does anyone know why these fields might have appeared in the forms to begin with? Thanks
