I am writing to you regarding an issue we are constantly facing since couple of months.
Let me paraphrase the Issue, We have a list which is associated with custom SharePoint approval workflow.
As we are well aware of that 'Auto Clean up Job' is responsible to disassociation of workflow history of an item with approval status as 'completed' and 60 days old in list with the same status.
As a result Workflow history is not certainly delete from the site, but it is moved to Workflow History List. However, in my issue items in the list are missing it status and history and only few items history are moved to workflow history list and some other items history neither available in workflow history list nor corresponding list.
This is the big issue i am facing, I need someones assistance in addressing this issue.
Do we have any way of getting the data which is very crucial for auditing.
