SharePoint 2010 Publishing Approval Workflow

I have customized sharepoint 2010 OOTB "Publishing Approval Workflow". I have 100 sites and each 5 sites there is separate Content Writer / Content Approver / Content Publisher Group in which separate users. If I will create these 3 groups differently with different names after 5 sites how I will manage my workflow.

I am confused.

First I have to check that initiator is belongs to which group then assign task on that basis.
