Add or Remove AD Group Users from SharePoint

I have a small requirement in sharePoint. I need to add a new user or remove the user from Active Directory Group through SharePoint?

My sharePoint site has a list which has a user name to be  Added/removed from AD ?

Is it Possible?

If yes , it can be implemented or CSOM or Server Side or Powershell? which is better?
