We have a requirement on getting a default attachment file to be placed in an list form.
Let me explain the scenario.
When the user opens the list form, a hyperlink that points to the document ( basically a template hosted in a different site ) exists.
The user clicks on the link, the file opens us in Excel and then when the user saves the Excel file, it should appear as an attachment to the list item.
