Create Sequential workflow using visual studio with 2 level of approvals

Hi ,

my requirment is like when a new item is added to a custom list then in task list a item should be created with the basic information from custom list like name, id fileds by using visual studio workflow.

Then there must be 2 level of approvals (Suppose 2 groups grp1, grp2)

if any user from grp1 apporves then grp2 users can able to see this task and then they can approve/reject

if any user from  grp2 rejects then maintain the history in task list with a status terminated.

could anybody please help me on this.
