One of my customers have changed the domain and joined sharepoint server to the new domain without following the migration procedure. now they cannot connect to the configuration database. we cannot revert back to the old domain because the server has crushed.
there is only one account that was used to set up sharepoint. the account was used to set up the farm, the web app pools and it is the same account that is used to run the services. i have tried to use the local admin but still i cannot access the central admin.
