Coding Help - SharePoint Looping Workflow

Hi,

Would any happen to have any coding that could help out with the following workflow?

In the past I created a workflow in SPD but it only updated the first line item that matched the UniqueID rather than all of them. I believe coding is the only way a looping workflow can be done.

I have two separate list that both have a unique ID that will tie them together called UniqueID

List A - Project Summary

List B - Agreements

Would like for the details from the Project Summary list pushed over to the Agreements list depending on what the position of the associate is within the Agreements:

If the Role is Analyst then I would like for the AN field from the Project Summary List pushed over the Assigned To field. Here are the associated fields with this workflow:

Within the Project Summary List there is one line item that contains all of the information. However, in the Agreement List There are 38 different line items that contain the UniqueID, with each role having numerous lines for themselves.

I would also like for this to trigger to occur on a daily basis.I do have access to Visual Studio but am new to it.
