Hi,
I am getting access denied error when I try to create a new sub site. I have site owner (Full control) access on the root site.
If I try to create site using site collection administrator account, I don't get the error.
Also, if I try to use owners account to create list/library, I receive access denied error, but the list/library gets created.
What might be the issue? Thank you.
