document library is not receiving emails

Dear all,

my document library is not receiving email. For the last 2 months only this is not working.

I had followed the following link for the configuration of the setup - initially

I had checked the ULS log. Didn't find major ones. i have seen like this The Incoming E-Mail service has completed a batch.

Can anyone give input to solve
