Color Coded Gantt Chart Bars in SharePoint 2010

Hello Everyone

I'm using SharePoint 2010, and have access to Visual studio and SharePoint designer. I'm trying to change the color of the bars of aGantt view to reflect when there is some overlap in who the task is assigned to. For example, if someone is on vacation for a week and enters it as a task, but a project that is assigned to them starts that week, then I'm hoping that I can change the bar color(of one or both) to Red instead of the standard blue color.

I was thinking that the best way to do this would be to add a Content Editor Web Part under the Gantt chart and then enter code into the CEWP's Edit HTML Source, but I don't quite understand how I should even go about doing this.

I found some sources like this(http://blog.pathtosharepoint.com/2010/04/06/tutorial-add-color-coding-to-your-sharepoint-2007-calendar-in-15-minutes/#6 or http://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/sharepoint/en-US/ecac0028-e262-4c60-a9b6-f858d900c5bf/) but a lot of the solutions don't really address how to change the Gantt view color or are for SharePoint 2007.

Thank you for any help you can provide.
