Custom Field : CopyIntoItems

Hi,

1. I was created custom field.
2. Create Site Column , marked as required field.
3. Field included in Content Type
4. Uploading file with valid value for Custom Field.
5. File has been uploaded using "CopyIntoItems" webservice, but the document status is in check-out mode.

Issue : Document should be in check-in mode instead of Check-out mode.

Observation : The document uploaded successfully if the filed marked as optional.
