Approval Workflow SharePoint Designer

Hi ,

I use SharePoint foundation 2010 and sharePoint designer 2010 and i would like to create an approval workflow to manage booking of resources.

I would like when a booking is added to a Booking list to sent  the owner of the resource an email and give him possibility of accepting or rejecting the booking process.

I must use the sharepoint designer action " Start approval process with " but i don't see this action in my list of actions in SharePoint Designer.

Any help will be apprecieted.
