column filtering in Metadata field in document library or list

Hi All

I have a document library, a metadata column with 20 terms in it. I have no issues in adding a document or in term sets.

In document library default view i am showing Metadata column, User want to filter the page(view) based on Metadata column selected, when user select metadata column, It display all the terms that are in the metadata column but infact it has to display the names with that items which are in document library. I know its OOB feature is their any way to reduce this.
