Copying data into the field to another field

Hi Guys,

I have a customized list on my site, is it possible that; on my form in adding new item on the list there is a submit button that will redirect into another form and copy the data which i input from the previous form? can someone instruct me on how to do this.. I am just using SharePoint Designer 2010, SharePoint2010 Foundation.
