Doubt on Webparts in SharePoint 2010?

Hi All,

I have one doubt in webparts.

At the time of creating webparts using Visual Studio, i got one wizard this displays two options 1)Sandbox solution 2) Farm solution.

Which one i have to select for the webpart and which one i have to select for the visual webpart?And tell me reason for that also.
