Visual Studio does not recognize Sharepoint in Virtual machine

Hi all,

I use an Oracle Virtual Box to host a win7 system on which I installed a Sharepoint Foundation and Visual Studio 2010 Ultimate. Unfortunately, when I try to create a Sharepoint WebPart project, I get an error message stating that there is no Sharepoint Server on the system.

Any help would be much appreciated.
