Does some knows how to update Terms in termsets ?

Hi Every One,

I have existing Termsets with pre fixed GUID's.

I want to keep existing one's and add new ones without affecting existing one's GUID.

Import Overwrites everything

XML creates duplicates and Powershell does the same or  i am not able to think of OOTB.
