How to format manage metadata column as hyperlinked column?

In one my document library, I have couple of managed metadata columns which are associated with custom content types which is also added to document library.

My end user want to click on manage data column which are basically terms, and depending on clicked in terms user knows how many documents are using this terms or manage matadata.

Any idea, how can I achieve this?
