We have a serious problem since a couple of weeks that is SharePoint 2010 PeoplePicker in not displaying any LDAP forms authenticated user in the front end server. while in the CA all are found. we Couldn't give the forms authentication user permission to the site unless its added in CA as full reader or full controller to the whole web application / site collection which doesn't make any sense.
So can anyone help us out in this, what piece of code or configuration is wrong or missing in the front end server.
