How to remove "Created by" and "Last Modified" on Edit list item

Hi, 

I have a custom list, after adding items when I try to edit, I can see "Created by" and "Last Modified"  at the bottom left(You can see in pic below). I need to remove it, How can I achieve this? This is overlapping with some of my fields when I try to hide some fields

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance
