We need to build a request list for our project and one of the major issues we encountered was duplicated requests from customers. We want to implement the same feature this website implement: offer a list of possible threads or requests that are similar to the title of the new item the customer is writing. Is there built-in functionality in SharePoint 2010 that would handle this or would we have to write code that would invoke a search automatically when they finished writing the title of a new item?
