Hi everyone,
I have two lists:
- News;
- Subjects.
The News List has a column "Subject" that is a Lookup to Subjects List.
What I want to do:
- Everyone can read and see the Subjects list.
- Just a SharePoint Group with the System Account (Of course) can use the item (Subject) that they have permission in lookup fields.
Example:
List Subjects has 3 items:
- Sports;
- Entertainment;
- Social.
And the site has 3 groups:
- Group Sports Subject;
- Group Sports Entertainment;
- Group Sports Social.
Everybody can see the items "Sports", "Entertainment" and "Social" in the list Subjects.
But, talking about the Item "Sports", just members of the group "Group Sports Subject" could create News in the list "News" using the Subject "Sports" in the lookup field, so they can't see the others items.
