We have a workflow that creates tasks for approvals. The overdue settings are configured to send weekly task overdue reminders.
The problem we have is that the emails are being triggered even after the tasks are marked as complete.
I have removed all the workflows and added them back again to make sure an older instance of the workflow is not active.
But still the emails are being triggered.
Please help me understand what could be going on. Is there something i can do to disable this?
PS: This is an Office 365 site, so we do not have access to the servers
