A problem has just started occurring with a workflow that has been in production for the last several months. Intermittently the workflow will run correctly right up until the step where it is supposed to stop. See the step marked in red below. The step in red does not run and the workflow appears to be stuck on this step.
The workflow history log below shows that the steps indicated in yellow above are running correctly but when we reach the step in red nothing happens and the workflow appears to hang. This only happens some of the time other times the workflow successfully stops as desired.
If I terminate a workflow which appears to be stuck and then start the workflow again it runs to completion.
Do you have any insight on why this might be happening?
