Trying to Convert word document to pdf

Hi,

I am trying to convert document to pdf but I am getting SyncConverter assembly missing error.

I have added Microsoft.Office.Word.Server reference still I am getting same error.

Can anybody help me out to accomplish this task?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
